SAP BTP Datasphere Support Lead Location: Dallas, TX - onsite Duration: 6+ months (High possibility of extension) SAP Support engineer or someone who can work on the SAP support side - Must have experience in SAP Dataspear & SAC. This is a new requirement. What is expected of the resource to achieve at a high level for this job - application support and minor developments, SAP Data spear new skill 2-3 years Support tickets triage support. Top 3 must haves for this role - Data spear and SAC Any additional nice to have skills - SAP S/4HANA or ECC data models and finance / operations domain knowledge Things to look for: Need only USC candidates Need local candidates Need 8-10 years of experience Overview: We are seeking an SAP Datasphere & SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) AMS Support Engineer responsible for ensuring smooth operations, maintenance, and optimization of SAP Datasphere and SAC environments. The role focuses on incident management, dataflow monitoring, dashboard performance, and user support across business domains. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and maintain SAP Datasphere dataflows, models, connections, and SAC dashboards; perform daily health checks. Manage L2/L3 incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and document solutions. Support change, release, and deployment activities for Datasphere and SAC configurations and reports. Optimize dashboard performance, queries, and data models to improve system efficiency. Provide user support, access/role management, and assist with data validation. Collaborate with functional teams, business users, and data engineers to ensure reliability and availability of the analytics landscape. Must-Have Skills: SAP Datasphere (Dataflows, Connections, Modelling) SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Reporting & Dashboard Support Nice-to-Have: SAP S/4HANA or ECC data models Knowledge of finance or operations domains Power & Utility industry exposure Education: Bachelor's degree (required)
