About the role
Role Description:
This is a part-time role working 3 days per week as the Front Desk Manager. Office hours are Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 8am-12:30pm and 2pm -6pm. The Front Desk Manager will be responsible for scheduling patients, verifying insurance allowables, collecting over the counter co-pays, helping with patient flow, managing phone calls and providing excellent customer service.

We help patients get pain free and back to enjoying life by providing chiropractic care, physical therapy, nutritional counseling and spinal decompression therapy. Dr. Smith is a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician and works with numerous athletes and health professionals in the Charleston area. Our motto is to find the problem, fix the problem and then stabilize the area so that you can enjoy the activities that you want to do in life.
Qualifications:
Great people skills Able to multi-task Medical billing and Insurance knowledge a plus Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Experience in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service Proficiency in Receptionist Duties and handling multiple calls
