Job Description: Production Assembly Associate – 2nd Shift
Starting Pay: $18.00/Hour, includes shift premium of $2.50 Deco Products | Decorah, IA Looking for a stable manufacturing career with competitive pay and a company that's been growing for more than 65 years? Since 1960, we've manufactured high-quality components used in office furniture, windows and doors, commercial vehicles, RVs, HVAC systems, electrical products, and many other everyday applications. Shift Schedule 2nd Shift Monday through Thurs 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM Friday hours: 3pm - 8pm
What You'll Do: As a Production Assembly Associate, you'll work with die-cast and purchased components to assemble quality products while supporting a safe and efficient production environment.
Responsibilities include: Assemble parts according to work instructions and quality standards Operate assembly equipment and production tools Inspect products to ensure quality requirements are met Maintain a clean and safe work area Support production goals and team objectives Adapt to changing priorities and overtime opportunities as needed
What We're Looking For: Strong attention to detail and quality Reliable attendance and work ethic Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity Ability to follow written instructions and work independently Ability to lift up to 35 pounds occasionally and 10-25 pounds frequently Must be at least 18 years old and able to work full-time hours Why Join Deco Products?
