Schedule: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM (Rotating Shifts)
Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Production Line Lead to oversee night shift operations in our plastic manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient production, maintaining quality standards, and leading a team to meet daily production goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate production line activities during assigned shift Lead, train, and support production team members Ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed Monitor production output and make adjustments to meet targets Perform quality checks to ensure product standards are met Troubleshoot equipment and production issues as they arise Maintain accurate production records and reports Communicate effectively with other shifts and management for smooth transitions Qualifications: Previous experience in a manufacturing environment (plastic manufacturing preferred) Prior leadership or supervisory experience required Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and rotating schedules Good communication and organizational skills Basic mechanical aptitude is a plus #OxnardBranchCA
