AP SpecialistLHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a fun company in Scottsdale who is in search of an AP Specialist.This is a fully onsite opportunity for a detail-oriented accounting professional who has hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online and is comfortable preparing and posting journal entries. The ideal candidate is organized, accurate, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The salary is up to $60,000.ResponsibilitiesProcess full-cycle accounts payable, including invoice entry, coding, matching, and payment processing.Prepare and post journal entries accurately and timely.Reconcile vendor statements and resolve invoice discrepancies.Maintain vendor records, including new vendor setup and updates.Process ACH, wire, and check payments.Reconcile credit card statements and employee expense reports.Assist with month-end close activities, including AP accruals and account reconciliations.Maintain accurate accounting records within QuickBooks Online.Respond to vendor inquiries and build positive working relationships.Assist with audit requests and provide supporting documentation.Collaborate with the accounting team on special projects and process improvements.Qualifications3+ years of full-cycle accounts payable experience.Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online is required.Experience preparing and posting journal entries is required.Strong understanding of general ledger accounting and account reconciliations.Proficient in Microsoft Excel.Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
