About the role
- Maintaining clean and orderly workstations and equipment
- Following prescribed safety regulations
- Completing tasks as designated by manufacturing schedules with minimum supervision
- Performing electrical assembly and sub-assembly processes using hand tools and electronic tools
- Sitting and standing throughout the night
- Reporting defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor
- Rotating to various workstations as required
- Other duties as assigned

- Ability to read and follow manufacturing instructions and processes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to be on your feet for a 10-hour shift

- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work overtime with notice when necessary on weekdays and weekends
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
- Ability to read and speak English
- Must be at least 16-17 years old (for minors under 18 years of age proof of age required)
- Parental permission required if under 18 years of age
- Frequent lifting and moving of lightweight materials (0-10 lbs.) up to 50% of time worked
- Must be able to lift up to 10-30 pounds, chest height up to 5% of time worked.
- Frequent sitting, standing, bending, reaching and walking
