About the role

Gensler in Phoenix seeks a Senior Architect to lead multidisciplinary design teams across typologies including mixed-use, retail, hospitality and life-science facilities. You will partner with Design Directors on design concepts, presentations, and development through SD to CD, potentially delivering ambitious towers or historic renovations. You will drive project design, client relations and mentoring of junior staff, while advancing design quality and interdisciplinary collaboration across the #J-18808-Ljbffr
