Front Desk ReceptionistPosition Summary: Our client is seeking a polished, professional, and highly organized Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the face of the organization. This individual will create a welcoming first impression while ensuring the office operates efficiently on a daily basis. The ideal candidate is proactive, customer-focused, bilingual in Spanish and English, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.Responsibilities:Welcome and assist visitors, clients, vendors, and guests in a professional mannerAnswer and direct incoming phone calls and emailsCoordinate visitor check-in procedures and maintain front office security protocolsManage conference room scheduling and meeting preparationCoordinate with vendors for office services, deliveries, repairs, and maintenanceReport and follow up on facility-related issues until resolvedOrder and maintain office and kitchen suppliesReceive and distribute mail and packagesAssist with administrative projects for multiple departmentsMaintain organized filing systems and office recordsSupport office events and employee activitiesEnsure the reception area and common spaces remain organized and professional at all timesQualifications:Fluent in both Spanish and English (required)3+ years of front office, receptionist, administrative, or office management experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProfessional appearance and customer service mindsetStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)Ability to prioritize competing tasks while maintaining attention to detailExperience coordinating vendors or facilities is highly preferredPreferred Skills:Experience supporting multiple departmentsExperience with office facilities coordinationStrong problem-solving abilitiesPositive, proactive attitude with exceptional interpersonal skills
