About the role
Job summary:
We are seeking a VNDLY Implementation/Integration Specialist with 5+ years of VMS implementation experience. This position offers 100% remote work and aims at enhancing client service delivery and project quality.
Qualifications:
5+ years VMS implementation experience.2-3 completed implementations.
Design and develop integrations using Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and APIs to enable seamless data flow between VNDLY, ATS, HRIS, and external vendor systems.
Collaborate with business stakeholders (HR, Procurement, IT) to gather requirements, define contingent workforce processes, and translate them into scalable VNDLY solutions.
Support testing cycles (unit, integration, UAT), troubleshoot integration issues, and ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance across systems.
Provide post-implementation support, enhancements, and optimization of VNDLY functionality, including reporting, dashboards, and vendor performance analytics. Must be able to hit the ground running across multiple projects.
Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on VNDLY implementation and integration support across client projects.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to configure VNDLY, including HRIS, payroll, and talent platforms.
- Hit the ground running across multiple projects with a focus on delivering quality results.
- Strong understanding of contingent labor and non-permanent workforce processes
- Experience working in a complex, global, matrixed organization
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence across functions
- Ability to translate technical system capability into clear business value
