Machine Operator | 4 Day Work WeekJoin a well-established manufacturing company in Dallas, Texas that manufactures custom boxes, high-graphics retail displays, partitions, and point-of-purchase displays using advanced die-cutters and folder-gluers. The position offers temp-to-hire potential for individuals who demonstrate strong performance, attendance, and commitment to the team. As a Machine Operator, you will play an important role in the production process by operating and monitoring manufacturing equipment, ensuring materials are properly loaded, and maintaining consistent production standards. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work and is comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire
Machine Operator Responsibilities:
  • Operate and monitor production machinery safely and efficiently
  • Load and unload materials into production equipment
  • Inspect products throughout the production process to ensure quality standards are met
  • Follow production instructions, work orders, and safety procedures
  • Perform basic machine adjustments and notify leadership of equipment issues
  • Work collaboratively with team members and assist other departments as needed
Pay: $19.35$23.00 per hour, depending on experience

Thursday, 5:00 AM3:30 PMMachine Operator Qualifications:6+ months of previous machine operating experience (i.e. flexo/presses, die cutters, corrugated converting equipment, etc.)Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive physical tasks Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
