Project Manager – Omaha, NE | Oline Construction Oline Construction is continuing to expand our footprint across the Midwest, and we’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial projects in the Omaha market. What You’ll Lead Manage all phases of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost controls Lead subcontractor buyout, contract negotiations, and procurement Oversee RFIs, submittals, drawing updates, change orders, and quality control Coordinate closely with field teams, design partners, owners, and vendors Drive OAC meetings, communicate project status, and proactively resolve issues Ensure project safety, quality, and performance standards are consistently met Build strong relationships that support repeat business in the Omaha region What We’re Looking For ✔️ 7+ years of commercial construction project management experience ✔️ Proven ability to manage ground-up and/or large-scale renovation projects ✔️ Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills ✔️ Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and subcontractor management ✔️ Proficiency in construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, or similar) ✔️ Ability to collaborate with superintendents and field teams to drive results ✔️ A problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Why Oline Construction?
