Share feedback and insights with colleagues and supervisors to continuously improve customer service processes.QualificationsExceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations. Basic computer proficiency and the ability to navigate CRM systems.
