Adava Care is Hiring: Executive Director|Neenah, WI| Full-Time | $60,000 to $90,000 (Based on Experience)
What you'll be doing: Running the day-to-day operations of two small to mid-sized CBRF and Memory Care facilities in theNeenaharea, leading staff, ensuring resident care is top-notch, and keeping everything running smoothly and in compliance withDHS 83 .This job is for you if you: Have 3 to 5 years of management experience in a CBRF, RCAC, or assisted living settingKnow DHS 83 and don't need to be walked through itAre a natural leader who can hold staff accountable and still keep morale highHandle family concerns, resident needs, and regulatory requirements without breaking a sweatHave an Associate's or Bachelor's in a Health or Human Services field or equivalent experience (Administrator course completion a plus)
