About the role
Airbnb is seeking a Senior Compliance Lead, EMEA to own and scale the regulatory portfolio across multiple jurisdictions. You will translate obligations into durable operating processes and collaborate with Legal, Policy, Product, and Engineering to ensure timely, defensible compliance outcomes.
You will lead cross-functional teams, drive regulator-facing reporting cycles, and shape roadmaps that align with business objectives while maintaining strong risk controls.
