Role Description:
The Administrative Assistant at Bergische Universität Wuppertal is a full-time remote role responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to faculty, departments, and projects. Qualifications:

Candidates should possess effective Communication and Phone Etiquette skills for professional interaction with students, staff, and external partners. Candidates should possess proficiency with common office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email, video conferencing tools) and remote collaboration platforms. Candidates should possess excellent organizational abilities, attention to detail, and time management skills, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks and deadlines. Candidates should possess a high level of reliability, discretion, and professionalism, especially when handling confidential information. Relevant experience in higher education or public administration is beneficial, as is proficiency in German and English. A completed vocational qualification or equivalent experience in administration, office management, or a related field is preferred.
