About the role

Seeking experienced Vistex Deductions & Chargebacks Consultants with strong hands-on expertise in Vistex, SAP integration, pharmaceutical pricing, chargebacks, rebates, deductions, and contract management. Life Sciences/Pharmaceutical industry experience is required.Key ResponsibilitiesLead design, configuration, implementation, and support of Vistex Chargebacks, Rebates, Deductions, and Incentives.Configure Vistex Incentives & Paybacks (IP), including accruals, settlements, disputes, and adjustments.Manage pharmaceutical chargeback processing — claim receipt, validation, reconciliation, and settlement.Configure contract hierarchies, eligibility rules, membership/roster management, and contract pricing.Configure price protection and retroactive pricing scenarios.Support Vistex Go! Suite integration with SAP SD/MM.Work with condition contracts, settlement documents, and Vistex/SAP Settlement Management migration.Must-Have SkillsStrong hands-on Vistex functional consulting/configuration experience.Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences industry experience.Vistex Incentives & Paybacks (IP).Pharma Chargebacks & Rebates.EDI 844/849 — chargeback claims and responses.Contract management, eligibility, memberships, and customer rosters.Price Protection and retroactive pricing.Vistex Go! + SAP SD/MM integration.Settlement Management / Condition Contracts.Pharmaceutical Domain KnowledgeStrong understanding of:WAC, AWP, contract pricingGPO / 340BDSA / FFS fee structuresPharmaceutical chargeback lifecycle and manufacturer/wholesaler reconciliationRebate types: sales-related, scan-back, customer funds, purchase-related, and administrative feesGross-to-Net (GTN) and the impact of chargebacks, rebates, deductions, and price adjustments on net revenue.Ideal Profile: Vistex Functional Consultant + strong Pharma Chargebacks/Rebates experience + SAP SD/MM integration expertise.
