About the role
To safeguard and expand the existing U.S. client portfolio, the full-time Manager of Strategic Rebids will develop and execute rebid strategies, manage contract lifecycles, and lead cross-functional teams to create compelling proposals, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
Develop and refine best-in-class rebid strategies to maximize retention and growth of contracts
Proactively manage the lifecycle of contract expirations and re-competition opportunities
Collaborate with internal teams to gather performance data and inform win strategies for rebidsRequired qualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Policy, Healthcare Management, Social Services, or related field preferred
5+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or operations with a focus on managing high-value relationships
Experience with government RFP contracting environments
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority
Strong analytical skills to evaluate opportunities and outcomes
