The intern will support the sales team by assisting with client outreach, preparing presentations and sales materials, and maintaining accurate records in CRM and tracking systems. Daily responsibilities include responding to client inquiries, coordinating meetings, organizing documents and reports, and supporting follow-up activities to nurture client relationships. The Sales Assistant will collaborate with team members across functions to ensure consistent communication, contribute to sales initiatives, and learn about real estate investment products and services.Qualifications Strong interpersonal skills and customer service abilities to build relationships and support clients effectively.Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal, for client interactions and internal collaboration.Interest in sales and investment services, with foundational sales skills and a willingness to learn and grow in the role.Solid organization skills, including attention to detail, time management, and the ability to handle multiple tasks.Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace) and basic CRM familiarity is beneficial.Ability to work on-site in Miami, FL, in a collaborative team environment.Academic background or coursework in business, finance, economics, or a related field is a plus.Professional demeanor, reliability, and a strong interest in real estate and investment management.
