Inside Sales Associate - Parts Ambient HVAC Parts Supply is a HVAC parts and solutions provider and part of the Ambient Enterprises family of companies. We supply high-quality HVAC equipment, replacement parts, and technical support to commercial and industrial customers across the region. As an Inside Sales Associate for our Parts Department at Ambient HVAC Supply, you'll be responsible for handling quotes and orders for customers, inventory, and account setup. You'll be a liaison between manufacturers, customers and our Sales team. You'll also get the opportunity to support our Warehouse team with Counter sales and customer interaction. Responsibilities:
Set up quotes for customer pricing.
Answer customer calls and identify parts.
Team with the Sales department to address customer issues.
Respond to customer proposals via telephone and email.
Follow all company safety programs.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
HVAC proficiency or experience is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft office programs is required.
Basic math and computer literacy.
Great communication skills.
Organizational skills.
Estimated compensation: $28.85$36.06/hr. with flexibility based on experience and skills.
