About the role
Receptionist - Cashier Mullinax Ford is looking for a personable, hard-working team member who is self-motivated, detail oriented, and effectively prioritizes tasks to join our multi-store enterprise. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred but not required. Prior dealership experience also preferred but not required.
Schedule:
Will vary, no nights, some weekends. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Answering multi-line phone system, receive and re-direct phone calls Greets all clients, vendors and other customers in professional manner Asserts a professional level of phone etiquette and utilizes Company's phone scripting appropriately Cashiering of parts and service customers Computerized transactions including receipting of sales deposits, processing license plates, scanning, and uploading photos Assisting other departments Follow all Company procedures and standards Other duties as assigned Qualifications for this job: Excellent customer service skills Must have professional appearance Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills Understanding of basic accounting Proficiency with computer systems, MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook), internet browsers, email functions and ability to learn new software Capability of multi-tasking and prioritizing work in fast-paced environment with heavy volume of transactions as well as be able to meet and handle deadlines Strong attention to detail, and ability to efficiently and consistently produce accurate work Must be at least 18 years old High school diploma or equivalent Valid Driver's license with an acceptable motor vehicle driving record according to dealership guidelines Must be able to pass background screening and drug test Benefits package for full time employees includes: Medical, Dental, and Vision PlanPaid Basic Employer Life Insurance Additional Supplemental Insurance Wellness Program 401(k) Plan with match Paid Time OffEmployee Purchase Program Training Programs We are a Drug Free Work Place and an Equal Opportunity Employer.
