This is a floor-focused leadership role for an experienced distribution operator who can bring greater organization, accountability, data, and systems to a growing operation while earning the trust of an established team.
Responsibilities: Own day-to-day distribution and warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, delivery, staffing, scheduling, and workflow optimization. Drive inventory accuracy through strong controls, cycle counting, reconciliation, location management, root-cause analysis, and effective use of ERP/WMS systems. Qualifications: 10+ years of progressive distribution, warehouse, inventory, or operations leadership experience, with significant hands-on responsibility in high-volume distribution environments. Experience directly leading warehouse teams and using ERP/WMS systems, KPIs, and operational data to drive measurable improvement. Strong understanding of warehouse safety, labor management, receiving, picking, shipping, fulfillment, and transportation operations; fleet or delivery experience preferred. Hands-on, data-driven leader with strong emotional intelligence who can set standards, make difficult decisions, hold teams accountable, and modernize established processes without losing employee engagement.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
