Detail Center-Undercoat/Spray Bed Liner Technician

What You'll Do: Apply automotive undercoating using company-approved procedures and equipment. Assist with spray-in bedliner installations as needed. Ensure every vehicle meets Kocourek's quality standards before delivery. Maintain an organized work area and follow all safety policies and procedures. Monitor chemical and supply inventory for spray operations. Maintain accurate records of completed work. Coordinate daily spray schedules to ensure vehicles are completed on time. Transport vehicles between dealership locations as needed. Maintain product knowledge and installation specifications. Work efficiently to meet daily production goals while maintaining exceptional quality. Wear company-provided uniforms and represent Kocourek professionally. Assist with additional detail and service-related duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For: Basic automotive knowledge required. Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality workmanship. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Dependable with a strong work ethic. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. Ability to work well as part of a team. ScheduleFull-time Monday through Friday Occasional Saturdays as business needs require Physical RequirementsThis position is physically active and requires the ability to: Lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Kneel, bend, squat, stoop, and stand for extended periods. Reach above and below shoulder level. Perform repetitive hand and arm movements.
