Office Assistant Position Davis Associates is looking for a highly organized and professional Office Assistant to support our daily operations. The ideal candidate will be the backbone of our team, facilitating communication channels, managing schedules and providing the first point of contact for our clients. Experience in office administration and a passion for customer service will contribute to an efficient, professional, and welcoming environment for both the staff and the clients alike.
Responsibilities: Managing/monitoring communication systems Scheduling and confirming appointments Handling all correspondence Greeting clients Attending company events Maintaining company calendar
Skills & Qualifications: At least one year of working in an office environment Experience with Microsoft Suite Exceptional customer service Ability to work in a dynamic environment High degree of professionalism Strong communication skills Decision-making, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills Ability to handle sensitive/confidential information with integrity
