About the role

Kizer-Energy seeks an experienced Building Commissioning SME to lead commissioning of building services for a hyperscale data center campus near Dallas, Texas. You will manage security, life safety, HVAC, DOAS, and MV/MCC electrical systems, ensuring complete testing, compliance, and turnover readiness through MC, PFT, and RFSU milestones. Responsibilities include coordinating multi-discipline turnover, interfacing with owners, vendors, and commissioning teams, and maintaining QA/QC
