About the role
- Minimum 15 years of Big 4/Consulting experience is a must.
- Experienced in leading challenging business transformation programs with proven program level delivery track record across full lifecycle SAP programs.
- Process/Functional Lead on at least 3 SAP S/4 Greenfield transformation programs (multi-country, end-to-end)
- Led at least one SAP Discovery / assessment phases and built business case.
- Experience in at least two verticals: Manufacturing, CRL, SURE, Life Sciences, CMTTeam Lead or co-lead large SAP pursuits Solutioning, estimation, and client orals
- Good understanding of Migration strategies (Greenfield / Brownfield / Hybrid). Experience on 1 Hybrid program is highly desirable
- Contributed to pipeline, proposals, and deal closure
- Some practice/accelerator/POV contribution
- Project-related mobility/willingness to travel
