Preferred Location: New York (Remote)A profitable, founder-led performance marketing agency is hiring a remote Senior Director of Business Development. This is a brand-new seat to own new enterprise business from discovery to close. The company runs full-funnel programs (paid media, creative, conversion, organic, lifecycle, and analytics) for fast-growing consumer and subscription brands. Warm Pipeline: About 95% of leads come from the company's partnerships engine, so you won't be building a cold-outbound machine. Your job is turning real opportunities into signed deals, with enterprise deals in the pipeline running $150K-500K+ a month. Stability: Founded in 2020 and Inc. 5000-ranked with almost 3,000% three-year growth. Profitable, bootstrapped with no outside investors, and about 40 senior specialists managing more than $200M in annual ad spend. Impact: You'd be the senior closer on a sales team that's just being built, starting as an individual contributor with a path to lead a team of 5-10 within about 2-3 years.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Base salary of $160K-195K, with target total earnings of $270K-325K. Uncapped commission.

  • A proven closer with a record of winning complex, recurring-revenue engagements with multi-stakeholder buying groups.
  • Comfortable with full-funnel performance marketing, meaning paid media, creative, SEO, conversion, lifecycle, and measurement.
  • Able to turn technical work into a clear commercial story for CMOs and senior marketing leaders.
  • Self-directed and comfortable working remotely. NYC-based candidates strongly preferred.
