Business Support and Administrative - Executive Administrative Assistant 3 Location: REDMOND, Washington (Remote) Role Overview The main function of an Executive Administrative Assistant is to provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions. This role serves as an information and communication manager for an office, contributing to organizational and operational support for healthcare-focused partner initiatives. A typical day involves 15% travel and expenses, 70% internal meetings and alignment, 10% stakeholder engagement, and 5% team engagement. Key Responsibilities Provide executive support, including complex calendaring and meeting management. Manage travel coordination and expense management, including logistics beyond booking to ensure seamless arrangements. Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies and maintaining records management systems. Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents. File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports. Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution. Prepare agendas and make arrangements for committee, board, and other meetings. Ensure effective connections and communication across extended stakeholder groups and internal teams. Required Qualifications Education: A high school diploma or GED is required. Experience: 5-7 years of relevant experience is required. Experience working directly with executives is highly preferred. Skills Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and manage one's time effectively. Capacity to keep information organized and confidential. Experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a commercial business and a technology industry setting. Candidates who can bring a fresh perspective to help challenge or improve existing processes.
