About the role
Karsun Solutions, LLC seeks an experienced Technical Operations Lead to own a cloud-native AWS data and AI platform supporting a federal program. You will oversee reliability, observability, incident response, platform engineering, and data-product operationalization.
You will mentor an ops/SRE team, automate deployments via Terraform/CloudFormation and CI/CD, and ensure security and compliance in a federal environment.
