About the role

Insurance company is seeking a Property Underwriting Assistant with Program experience to support the team and assist with the day to day billing, servicing, checking policies, processing endorsements, and submissions. This is a hands-on, very detailed role involving spreadsheets, reviewing quarterly reports, and processing data. Someone who thrives in a fast-paced P&C environment and takes ownership of their workflows with excellent Excel and math skills.
Key Responsibilities: Process and assist with the day to day policy servicing of billing, processing endorsements, checking policies, certificates, and other policy documentation with accuracy and efficiency. Maintain organized files and ensure compliance with underwriting and documentation requirements. Support the team with administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
Qualifications & Skills: 3-5 years of insurance experience (carrier, wholesale brokerage or retail agency experience)Understanding of specialized program business in the commercial property space. Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail. Strong math skills and Excel.
