About the role

Description: Summary/Objective Responsible for maintaining product availability and merchandising products at all designated accounts.
Essential Functions: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Accurately stock and rotate products onto shelves from backroom inventories as required. Build creative, visible, correctly priced, displays in retails accounts using appropriate point-of-sale materials. Establish and maintain a professional rapport with retail personnel, based on trustworthiness, respect, communication and a high level of customer service. Follow up on requests and commitments to retailers. Assist Sales team on cooler resets, product rotation and identifying sales opportunities. Maintain breakage; clean-up and re-pack as necessary. Ensure organization of the company's storage section at each account. Adhere to company dress code including proper uniform and grooming. Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned. Supervisory Responsibility

Requirements
Work Environment: Consistent, lifting up to 45lbs., pulling and/or pushing up to 200lbs., bending and stooping. Driving with multiple stops, walking in and around refrigerated areas.
Preferred Education and Experience: A minimum of two years of related experience or training in the beverage distribution sector; or the equivalent combination of formal education and experience. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
