About the role
Job Description:
Hosting Job Fair on 10/12!! Lock in your spot now! 1st Shift openings 40 hours a week. The Picker Packer performs assembly and packing tasks to support production and manufacturing processes on a short-term basis. This position follows detailed instructions, works efficiently in a team environment, and helps ensure products are assembled, inspected, and prepared according to quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Assemble parts and components according to specifications.
Pick and pack products accurately and efficiently.
Inspect and verify assembled products for quality and completeness.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow safety guidelines and company policies.
Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.
Report issues or defects to supervisors promptly.
Preferred Qualifications: Entry-level experience in assembly or packing work.
