Position Description:
We seek a dependable, experienced, and customer-focused Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees. This front-facing role is vital in creating a welcoming and professional environment while supporting daily administrative functions and office operations.
Primary Responsibilities & Essential Functions:
Greet and welcome all visitors, clients, and guests with a professional and friendly demeanor.
Answer and route incoming phone calls, take accurate messages, and provide general information about the organization.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Direct clients and visitors to the appropriate departments or individuals.
Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages promptly.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
Create internal signage and notices as needed.
Prepare meeting rooms for in-person meetings, staff gatherings, and celebrations.
Assist with general administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, booking conference rooms, and ordering office supplies.
Support the Executive Assistant and collaborate with other team members as needed.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a receptionist, customer service, or administrative support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Experience with or basic knowledge of Canva and Screen Cloud is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing.
- Familiarity with office management systems and procedures.
- Strong data entry and administrative skills.

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
