Next Gen Energy Jobs is seeking a Repair & NPI Deployment Leader to spearhead development and deployment of new repairs and tooling for our Global Onshore Wind Services & Installation business, focusing on crane-less MCU. You will liaise across Operations, Tooling Centers, EHS, Wind Engineering, and Product Engineering, leading validations, training, and global deployment while ensuring safety, quality, and continuous improvement across regions.
