About the role

BestLogic Staffing is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineering Manager to join an aerospace manufacturing client in the New York area. You will lead a team of Manufacturing Engineers, oversee BOMs, and drive continuous improvement across processes and cost reduction. The role requires a Bachelor’s in Engineering (or equivalent with experience), 5+ years in manufacturing engineering, and proven leadership. CATIA V5 experience and Lean/Kaizen capabilities are preferred.
