This position provides hands-on exposure to key areas of business operations, team coordination, communication, and leadership development. You will work closely with experienced team members and management while learning how successful teams operate, solve problems, achieve goals, and maintain strong performance. Responsibilities Participate in structured leadership and professional development training. Learn and support day-to-day business and team operations. Assist with coordinating projects, priorities, and team objectives. Develop effective communication, organization, and decision-making skills. Collaborate with team members and management on operational initiatives. Monitor progress toward team goals and help identify opportunities for improvement. Participate in meetings, training sessions, and performance discussions. Learn effective approaches to team leadership, accountability, and motivation. Support the implementation of company procedures and operational standards. Take on increasing levels of responsibility as knowledge and capabilities develop.
