Field Level Implementation Of Health, Safety And Environmental Policies Responsible for field level implementation of health, safety and environmental policies, procedures and guidelines as instructed. Responsibilities include being responsible for a particular project or worksite, risk identification and management, incident reporting and investigation, following all hazardous waste handling guidelines, conducting inspections and assessments, record keeping and other general administrative duties, and responsible for observing and complying with all safety and project rules, including wearing required personal safety equipment. Performs other duties as required. Job requirements include warehouse packaging, loading and shipping experience a must, tank car and railcar loading experience a must, work within precise limits or standards of accuracy, plan work and select proper tools, visualize objects in three dimensions from plans and drawings, make decisions based on measurable criteria. Physical requirements include standing 40% walking 40% sitting 20%, lifting 50 lb. carrying 50 lb. pushing 70 ft-lb. pulling 70 ft-lb., climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, handling, fingering.
