We're a locally managed, rapidly growing provider with 11 rehab facilities across Missouri - offering one consistent location and supportive local leadership.
What You'll Do:
  • Assist in delivering treatment plans across a diverse caseload - orthopedic, neurological, short-term rehab, and long-term care
  • Work under the direction of the supervising Physical Therapist to support patient mobility and functional goals
  • Collaborate with an in-house interdisciplinary therapy team
  • Document care and track patient progress in line with SNF standards
  • Use current equipment and modalities

What You'll Need:
  • Active Physical Therapist Assistant license in Missouri (or eligibility)
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-centered approachSNF experience is a plus, but new grads are encouraged to apply.
