About the role
Memorial Healthcare System is seeking a pharmacist to provide specialized clinical pharmacy services for a designated patient population. The role includes participating in interdisciplinary rounds, developing protocols, and optimizing pharmacotherapy through reviews and order sets.
The ideal candidate will have a PharmD or BS in Pharmacy with Florida licensure, and preferably a PGY2 residency or equivalent clinical experience.
