About the role
You are the go-to person for day-to-day accounting, making sure every receipt, invoice, and expense ends up in the right place.
You work across several European countries with employees, freelancers, and local payroll providers, setting up processes where none exist yet.
Key responsibilities:
Pre-code receipts and prepare them for ongoing bookkeeping; manage invoice collection and follow-up.
Handle travel expense rules, international payroll interfaces, and cash flow reporting.
Independently design and improve finance processes for a growing international company.
What you bring:
At least 4+ years of finance and accounting experience, fluent German (C1/C2), and strong DATEV skills.
Comfort with gray areas, a proactive hands-on mentality, and the ability to own finance topics end-to-end.
