About the role
Comp Execs is assisting a publicly traded, global company in its search for a Human Resources Director (people manager) in a multi-site manufacturing environment. The position is on-site, five days per week in Metro Nashville, TN (relocation assistance is available). This role requires deep experience as an HR leader in large-scale manufacturing companies. It is a "player-coach" role with responsibility for day-to-day HR operations, as well as the leadership of HR Generalists.
