About the role
Fluent in English and Spanish, the full-time Bilingual Sales Representative will engage with prospective customers in a remote setting, guiding them through a consultative sales process to identify financial relief solutions and helping them take steps toward a better financial future.
Key responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls while maintaining a positive and energetic tone
Utilize a structured needs-discovery framework to uncover customer pain points and present tailored solutions
Log call outcomes and sales activities accurately in the CRM system to support follow-up and meet performance metrics
Required qualifications
Fluency in English and Spanish, both verbal and written
Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably in an inbound call center environment
Demonstrated knowledge of sales techniques, including needs discovery and closing strategies
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
Comfortable working with CRM software and sales tracking tools
