Responsibilities: Assist with parking vehicles safely and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of parking areas, walkways, and facility grounds. Provide courteous and professional service to residents, guests, and staff. Assist with transporting items or equipment as needed. Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly to management.
Requirements: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic. Previous valet or porter experience preferred but not required.
