About the role
Workstream Nashville seeks an Area Director to drive revenue and profit for the local office. You will manage day-to-day operations, grow revenue through localized sales and marketing, and build community partnerships with multidisciplinary teams in a premier national in-home care provider for older adults and their families.
You will lead recruitment and talent development, oversee staffing and care management, and coach staff to achieve office goals.
