About the Role:
The Company is seeking a Global Vice President of Sales to spearhead the development and execution of a robust global sales strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the sales organization, enhancing forecasting and account management practices, and driving profitable growth across various regions and product lines. This role demands a strategic and hands-on sales executive with a proven track record in building and leading high-performing teams, particularly in dynamic global environments. Key responsibilities include defining and executing a global sales strategy, developing a comprehensive commercial strategy, identifying growth opportunities, and establishing a global strategic account management framework. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of sales leadership experience in food ingredients, agriculture, commodities, or related industries, and a strong background in operating within complex or commodity-influenced markets. They should be adept at building structured, high-performing commercial organizations, with a focus on margin improvement, and possess the ability to lead experienced teams with credibility, accountability, and emotional intelligence. Global commercial leadership experience is preferred. The role also involves driving cross-functional collaboration, particularly in the areas of new product development and commercialization, and requires the candidate to have a strong market and growth strategy, with the ability to prioritize opportunities based on various market factors.
