About the role

Unitek Learning is seeking an Instructional Designer to create and maintain online, hybrid, and classroom healthcare courses. You will ensure course quality, map learning outcomes, and apply instructional design best practices to support faculty and academic teams. Responsibilities include designing LMS modules, developing engaging content, collaborating with SMEs, ensuring accessibility and regulatory compliance (FERPA, ADA), and driving continuous improvement in course delivery.
