About the role
• Bachelor's degree of Industrial Design from accredited college or university• Minimum 5 years of design experience with specialty retailer or distribution/sales environment with working knowledge of the production process• Experience in luxury accessories (eyewear is preferred, but also jewelry hardware, fashion accessories)• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)• Project management skills• Full proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, 3D Modeling (Rhinoceros or similar) and 3D rendering (Keyshot)• Past or current experiences in a sales distribution business and exposure to Italian culture and language proficiency are a plus.• Domestic and International travel maybe required
