LOCATIONS:
INDIANAPOLIS, IN OR SYRACUSE, NYWe are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to manage technical projects involving information systems, application development, enterprise applications, and data warehouse planning and development.
Responsibilities:
Lead technical projects from planning through completion Manage projects of at least $1M in size or equivalent complexity Develop project charters, schedules, deployment plans, and project documentation Coordinate cross functional project teams and resources Manage scope, timelines, budgets, issues, risks, and deliverables Lead project meetings and stakeholder communications Support QA and BA activities Monitor dashboards and Glue jobs and coordinate follow up on issues Maintain project and operational documentation in Confluence Support automation opportunities and process improvements with Scrum teams Conduct quality reviews and project closeout activities
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field 5+ years of IT project management experience 2+ years in a lead role on one or more projects Experience managing resources in a matrix environment Strong communication, relationship building, negotiation, problem solving, and conflict resolution skills Experience with project management, documentation, and reporting tools
Preferred:
PMP certification Experience with portfolio management applications Experience with Rational tools Experience with Jira and Confluence
