Assembler Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Assemblers for a leading fiberglass composite manufacturing company in Pocahontas, IA. In this role, you’ll help build high-quality composite products while working for an innovative manufacturer serving utility, service, and municipal vehicle industries. If you enjoy hands-on work, using tools, and working in a fast-paced production environment, this job could be a great fit. Read below for more information! Assemble fiberglass and composite products according to specifications Follow production schedules and meet daily production goals Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively Complete required production and inspection paperwork accurately Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Report equipment, quality, or safety concerns to supervisors promptly Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Ability to perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds regularly Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required Strong attention to detail and dependable attendance Ability to work independently and as part of a team Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply Enjoy weekly pay, access to health coverage options through Benefits in a Card (including preventative and minimum value plans), and temp-to-hire opportunities for long-term stability where applicable.
