About the role
- Inspect products for quality, defects, and damage
- Review and process returned merchandise
- Document inspection findings and identify quality concerns
- Investigate product issues and support resolution efforts
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders as needed
- Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Maintain accurate inventory records
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits
- Communicate findings and updates with internal teams
- Operate hand tools safely when needed for product inspection or assembly Must have experience using power tools, including: Drills Screwdrivers Wrenches Saws
- Support multiple warehouse departments as business needs require
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all company quality and safety procedures
- 2+ years of warehouse, quality control, inventory, or inspection experience
- Experience identifying product defects and quality issues
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift
- Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout the workday
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office
- Experience using RF scanners preferred
- Forklift experience is a plus
- Strong communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team
