Customer Advocate Join Disabled Veteran Solutions (DVS) as a Customer Care Advisor. Disabled Veteran Solutions (DVS) is seeking passionate and committed Customer Care Advisors to join our Customer Service Division. Position Details
Job Type: Full-time, remote
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, with 8-hour shifts between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM (Eastern Time)
Training: Comprehensive 7-week orientation with full training and ongoing support
Environment: 100% remote work opportunity
Requirements:
- Excellent active listening and problem-solving skills
- Ability to efficiently manage multiple systems and tasks while maintaining a professional and empathetic tone
- A genuine passion for improving the lives of others
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in insurance operations, remote medical or technical related role or a related field
- Proficiency with various web-based platforms and tools
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Highly proficient in Microsoft Applications, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, OneNote.
Preferred Experience
Experience in healthcare, insurance, social work, or mental health
Familiarity with medical terminology and health benefit plans
Proven success in remote customer facing role, especially in complex, high-volume environments
